Symptom
- User is tries to use the SAP Contact Center Communications Panel (CP) within C4C Live Activity panel
- Some futures don't work well like:
- Microphone
- Video
- The user could also face issues trying to logon to the Widget
- If you use the CP outside of the C4C (launching directly https://[Your_AgentVu_FQDN]/ecf/[version]/communicationpanel/embedded.html) then all works.
- Similarly, the implementation could be using Sinch Contact Pro
