2858957 - Publications are in pending state when scheduling with exclusive server groups

Symptom

  • Exclusive Server Group contains only Adaptive Job Servers

  • Publications use Web Intelligence Reports as the source report and for dynamic recipients

  • When setting Scheduling Server Group to Exclusive Server Group for "Give preference to servers in the selected group" at the folder's level, Publications are stuck in Pending status 
  • When setting Scheduling Server Group to Exclusive Server Group for "Give preference to servers in the selected group" at the Publication level:
    • Publication is in running status but status log shows the following message:
    • waiting for scheduling job to complete. Job ID:1,628,792" name: <report>, kind: Webi in Pending state (FBE 60509)
