2858977 - SuccessFactors information: where do I find/download the information shown across the system?

• How do I export the information available in the Company Org Chart?
• Where do I find the information available in the Company Org Chart?
• Is the information displayed in the system screens available in a summarized/table format?
• I'd like to download the information shown within a specific screen/feature in a data format in order to produce custom internal reports;

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

The information available in either Org Chart and also in any other feature inside the SuccessFactors HXM Suite can be found inside the User Directory File, also known as UDF. It can be downloaded through the Employee Export feature. Please note that, if you have Employee Central implemented, the intended feature for this will be named as Employee Data Export.

The UDF is a .xls file that fetchs all the employee/users's principal information, such as user ID, username, email address, manager, region, city, language and so on.

All the information in place, for example, in the Company Org Chart, can be found into this file, in a summarized/table format hence it can be easily manipulated in order to analyze company information, generate reports and so on.

Please kindly refer to the KBA 2087439 for guidance on how to export the file using the Employee Export feature.
