• How long are bell notifications retained in the system?
• How to extend the time period for notification retention?

SAP Successfactors HXM Suite

• Notifications on the global header bar, or bell notifications, are only kept for 30 days.
• Notifications older than 30 days are automatically purged.
• Extension of time period is possible upon request.

NOTE: Please raise a ticket to LOD-SF-PLT for extension of time period requests.

Additional information on the number of notifications the system purges:

• maximum value is 50,000,000
• the default value is 1,000,000
