2859450 - Email Layout not displaying when enabling CRM through CSB - Recruiting Marketing

Symptom

Email Layout is not being displayed in Career Site Builder after enabling "Use CRM" option through Career Site Builder.

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing (RMK) - All versions
    • Career Site Builder
    • Candidate Relationship Management

Reproducing the Issue

  1. In Career Site Builder go to Settings
  2. Select Site Configuration
  3. Enable "Use CRM" option
  4. Save
  5. Select Layouts
  6. You are not able to see Email in the menu

Resolution

If the email layouts option does not appear straight away, please try to refresh the page. The CSB switch does the same thing as the CMD switch so support is not required to enable CRM.
