2859509 - How to change the System Owner Email Address in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

• How do I change the email address of the System Owner in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)?
• When hovering on the email address of the System Owner the following message is displayed "The Email of the System Owner cannot be modified".

SAP Analytics Cloud.

1. Log on to SAC.
2. Go to Security -> Users.
3. Try to change the system owner's email address.
   >> Notice the following message displayed "The Email of the System Owner cannot be modified".

To change the email address of the system owner, follow the bellow steps:

1. Log on to SAC as an admin user (with Admin/ BI Admin/ Predictive Admin).
2. Go to Security -> Users.
3. Pick a user other than the system owner and select the checkbox to the left of the user.
4. Click the "Assign as System Owner" button at the top right of the page (Just left of where it says "All License Types").
5. Assign the original system owner a role.
6. Change the e-mail of the original system owner.
7. Highlight the original system owner and click the "Assign as System Owner" button.
