2859603 - Change default behavior when creating backup tables - SAP PD

I would like to override the default behavior when you create backup tables.  Currently when you select 'Apply Model Changes to Database' 'Backup Tables' it will rename the tables but there is no ability to customize or extend this behavior.  We would like the ability to override this method so we can add some additional functionality.  If we cannot replace the functionality, adding a before/after method we can script in GTL with a variable allowing us to see the name of the backup table would be sufficient.
