2859627 - Can't drill down into item detail for Product Cost Collector

In App Maintain Product Cost Collectors - Header tab - Costs screen, for some user, if you try to double click (drill down) into the line items for one cost line, the system has no response. But for users with different Business Roles, they are able to drill down into the item view.
