Symptom

You want to know how to enable the 40/60 Column layout in Ticket Overview screen.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer core applications

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Administrator work center.
  2. Go to Service and Social View.
  3. Click on Ticket Configuration.

Cause

As the layout configuration settings is set to default.

Resolution

  1. Go to Administrator work center.
  2. Go to Service and Social View.
  3. Click on Ticket Configuration.
  4. Under UI Configuration section, enable the 40/60% column layout on Overview tab option.
