Admin Center > Manage Permission Roles > [Role] > Permission > Manage Recruiting > Manage Recruiting Email Templates
Admin Center > Manage Permission Roles > [Role] > Permission > Manage Recruiting > Recruiting Email Triggers

Configurations

1. Create the email template to be associated to the email trigger

  1. Navigate to Admin Center -> Manage Recruiting Email Templates.
  2. Click Create New Template.
  3. Select the Language.
    • Note: Each candidate locale available in the External Career site should have a corresponding template.
  4. Enter Template Name, Subject and Body based on the language selected.
    • Note: The standard token [[LOGIN_URL]] must be added in the email body. When used for email verification, this token generates a verification link with the default link text "Click Here".
  5. Change Status to Enabled.
    • Note: if Status is Disabled, the template will not appear when configuring the trigger.
  6. Save changes.

Associated Triggers is blank if this is a new template. Please either click on Configure Triggers or navigate to Admin Center -> Recruiting Email Triggers to configure the trigger. Once the email template is associated with the trigger, it will display the trigger name as per shown on the screenshot below.

2. Enable and configure the email trigger

  1. In Recruiting Email Triggers, click on the trigger "Career Site Email Notification".
  2. Select Enable.
  3. Select the Email Template.
  4. Save changes.

Upon saving, it will validate the tokens inserted in the email template automatically. The following message is displayed if all the tokens are supported. If not, please adjust the token based on the error message.
