2860218 - ABAP list is not printed out when using a specific Device Type

Symptom

  • When printing an ABAP list spool with a specific Device Type, there is no output from the physical printer
  • The following error can be found in sapwin_xxxxxx.log:
    Looking for file C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP\FrontEnd\SAPgui\pdfprint.dll
    Looking for file C:\Windows\pdfprint.dll
    Looking for file C:\Windows\system32\pdfprint.dll
    Looking for file C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP\FrontEnd\pdfprint.dll
    SAPPDFPRINT not installed.
    ......
    Installed printers:
    ......
    Filemode = PDF, rawmode = 1, lpfnPDFPrint = 00000000
