2860376 - App Manage Allocation can't work with cycle created with App Create Overhead Allocation Cycles - Cost Centers - Actual

You create cycle using App Create Overhead Allocation Cycles - Cost Centers - Actual. You would like to use App Manage Allocations or App Run Allocations to manage the cycle or run the cycle. However, it's not possible to find them.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

There are 2 sets of Allocation Apps.

One is the new Cloud solution - Universal Allocations (Scope Item 2QL) has Apps such as:

Manage Allocations

Run Allocations

The other one is inherited from OnPremise system. The Apps include (not all):

Create Overhead Allocation Cycles - Cost Centers - Actual

And you can use app Schedule Overhead Accounting Jobs (with job template Schedule Actual Overhead Allocation - Cost Centers) to run the Cycles.

You can identify the Apps for the second set according to the Application Type. If Application Type = SAP GUI, it's the one inherited from OnPremise system.

The cycles created between above mentioned 2 sets of Apps, they can't work for each other. You need to run the cycle with the relevant Apps in its own set.
