2860721 - Open Client: AIX C compiler raise a duplicate symbol warning - SDK for SAP ASE

Symptom

  • The duplicate symbol warning when compiling DB-lib application in AIX platform.
  • Linking libsybdb64.so will duplicate symbol with libc.a [fsavres_64.o]
