2860776 - Missing notifications from provisioning for "EC Alerts and Notifications" job completion

I am not receiving "completed" notifications from the "EC Alerts and Notifications" provisioning job.

The log in "Monitor Job" has the jobs as completed, but I am only receiving "start" email notifications.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

This job type "EC Alerts & Notifications" sends email when the job starts if the check "Send E-mail when job starts:" is checked.

It also sends email notification if the job fails.

But it never sends job completion email.
