2861138 - Elster PI Error: ERIC_GLOBAL_UNGUELTIGER_PARAMETER

• You are configuring the Elster integration using SAP Process Integration (PI) or Process Orchestration (PO) as middleware. 
• You are trying to send a message to the Elster clearing houses in your HCM scenario (LStA, LStB, ELStAM).
• When you run report RPUTX7D0 in your ABAP backend HCM system, you get an error in PI/PO similar to below. 
• You can use the XPI Inspector tool to trace the issue in PI
