2861553 - Filterable fields in LMS Canvas / ORD reports

• Some fields are not available for filtering under Manage Filters in LMS Canvas / ORD reports.
• nothing fetches in Field in Run Time Filters under Report Values, even if the data for these fields are present in the report.

1. Navigate to Report Center
2. Create an LMS Canvas / ORD report 
3. Try to apply a filter on the fields which are selected for reporting
4. Some fields are not available under Manage Filters
5. Above fields will show up in Run time Filters
6. When trying to apply run time filter on these fields, no data will be present while the data is there when running.

Filterable Fields in Online Report Designer

We can also check whether the fields are filterable or not from Edit section of the report, if we click objects present under the edit section of the report for the fields which has filter icon they will be filterable.

Note for Filterable fields: Per the current design the 'Not In' operator is not available for the Report Values filter in LMS Canvas / ORD reports.
