2861554 - User cannot be found when adding approver to offer approval

When creating an offer approval it is not possible to add a specific user as an approver. The user can be found when you click the 'Find User' button.

1. Proxy as the affected user.
2. Create an offer approval.
3. Try to add the affected user as an approver. The name will not appear.
4. You can find the user when you click 'Find User' 

The reason you are not able to add the user is because the role-based permission 'Exclude Granted User from having the permission access to him/herself' is enabled. This will mean that the logged in user will not be able to add themselves as an approver by typing their name. They will only be able to do it by finding themselves through the Find User button.
