• Information Design Tool doesn't launch intermittently for couple of hours.
• The issue is seen only in Information Design Tool, other BI Client tools which are written in Java programming language (e.g. Data Federation Administration Tool) loads properly.
• The issue occurs randomly, and no manual effort needed to make it work again.
• The issue seen in a specific machine, but with no any special setup.
