1. Go to Admin Center > Picklist Center > Plus (+) Icon to create a new picklist;
   
   
   
   

2.  Then, fill the fields, including the "Parent Picklist" field, setting the Parent Picklist you desire:
   
   
   
   

3. Make sure the child and parent picklist, have the same Effective Start Date:
   
   
   
   
   

4. Add new values (External Codes) in the child picklist by clicking on the Plus (+) Icon:
   
   
   
   

5. Fill the fields External Code, Label and Parent Picklist Value, to reference the Parent Picklist value that should display this new value in Child Picklist:
   
   
   
   

6. Click on save and you are now able to use the Parent-Child picklists in the system.
