2861845 - Recipient is showing as inactive in Report Distributor

User is suddenly showing as inactive in Report Distributor Recipients list

SuccessFactors HCM Suite

• Report Distributor (Advanced Reporting, ORD)

1. Go to Report Center

2. Click on View Schedules

3. Switch to legacy Report Distributor

4. Click on the bundle and check the Recipients tab

The user is already inactive in BizX export user file

This is an expected behavior if the user is listed as inactive in BizX user file. You can verify this by doing the following steps:

1. Go to Admin Center

2. Click on Update User Information

3. Click on Employee Export

4. Click on Export User File and wait for the Download export to be available.

5. Open the file and search for the user showing as inactive in the bundle recipients list.

6. Check the status column and see that the user is already marked as Inactive.
