2861909 - Recruit-to-hire mapping throwing error while mapping email information - Onboarding

Symptom

While mapping information in Recruit-To-Hire Data Mapping you got the following error message: Error: adding element with duplicate id 'emailInfo_table'.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Admin Center > Recruit-to-Hire Data Mapping;
  2. Click in email info;
  3. The following error message popup: Error: adding element with duplicate id 'emailInfo_table'.

Cause

Your Candidate to employee integration template in provisioning has incorrect mappings for the email entity.

Resolution

  1. Go to Provisioning;
  2. Go to Import/Export Candidate to employee integration template;
  3. Export the template;
  4. Remove the mapping-attribute for email.
