2862057 - Install failed with error 823 on Microsoft Storage Space Disk - SAP ASE

• Install a new ASE Server on a Windows Server 2016 or 2019.
• Use Microsoft Storage Space Direct to configure the file system where the ASE master device is installed on the machine
• Installation fails with the following error:
