How to control "Set To Be Hired" switch when Copying Position in Position Org Chart?

SAP Successfactors Employee Central - Position Management

The "Set To Be Hired" switch when copying position in Position Org Chart is responsible for setting the position to vacant or not.

If this setting is not checked upon copying the position then the system will set the vacant field to "No" and vice versa.

Currently, this switch is hard-coded and cannot be hidden by permission.

If customer wants this switch to be controlled, the customer needs to raise an enhancement request as per KBA: 2090228
