2862359 - Data Capture Form Picklist field label showing as first picklist value on landing page

On a landing page, for picklist type fields from data capture forms, the first picklist value shown is a repeat of the field label, not the actual first picklist value configured.

Note that this value is not considered an entry by the system so leaving it selected will not send any data accross when submitting the DCF. In the case above for example, the candidate will be asked to select an item in the list before they can submit the DCF since this is a required field.

The first option is a reminder of what the label is for this field. This might be useful in cases where the Label is not enabled in the CSB configuration. (Ghost text instead of Label Only or Both)

This behaviour is as expected and cannot be changed. 
Customers who think the option should be configurable can submit an enhancement request to have the system behaviour changed as per process below.
