2862406 - Extension Application Not Rendering Correctly on SuccessFactors Application

Symptom

  • Extension Application in SuccessFactors is Not Rendering Correctly
  • Deploying an Extension Application in SuccessFactors Displays a Different Theme

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

Cause

  • There is a setting in Provisioning which sets a different theme in SuccessFactors. These are called 'Enable SAP Fiori 3 theme for UI5 Libraries', and 'Enable Fiori 3 Header'.
  • SAP Belize theme is not assigned in Theme Manager.

Resolution

Customers should ensure the below steps are followed until Bizx supports the UI5 Fiori 3 theme:

  1. Navigate to Theme Manager.
  2. Ensure that SAP Belize theme is selected.

Please contact Customer Success Support to disable the above mentioned Provisioning UI settings.
