2862422 - BPC Clear Comments data manager package fails to run with an error Cannot configure parameter DIMENSIONVALUE in task /CPMB/CLEAR_COMMENTS

Symptom

When running a Data Manager package for the CPMB/CLEARCOMMENTS process chain  the error message 'Cannot configure parameter DIMENSIONVALUE in task /CPMB/CLEARCOMMENTS' is being generated.

This error can also occur for the /CPMB/CLEAR process chain as well and will be displayed as 'Cannot configure parameter DIMENSIONVALUE in task /CPMB/CLEAR'

There can also be an error in the Clear Data Manager package itself with the error 'Input parameter DIMENSIONVALUE not found'
