2863020 - Loans over the limit specified in constant LMNL1 are allowed to be maintained in IT0045

Symptom

In Infotype 0045 the number of loans that can be maintained at a time has been limited to a specific number using the constant LMNL1 in the view V_T511K.  However, when data maintenance is being done, the system allows loans over the limit specified in the constant to be maintained.
