2863039 - Maximum number of fixed bins reached in storage type

Symptom

When a CHBD exception code is done on a destination bin, you would like to change the bin to a different destination bin, but the system does not allow if the Maximum Number of bins is set to 1.

Error message: ’Maximum number of fixed bins (1) reached in storage type’.
