User was skipped in Offer Approval.
Offer approval was automatically approved for some users.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management
Cause
User selected for offer approval does not have User Login Permission.
Resolution
The system checks for User Login before sending the Offer Approval to next approver. If the next user does not have permission, the system will look for other approvers in the chain who has permission and route the offer to them. If all other remaining approvers do not have User Login permission, the offer will automatically get approved.
