2863600 - Individual Material ID in list of Fixed Assets

Symptom

You wants to know which individual material shows in the list of fixed assets.

Environment

SAP Business Bydesign

Reproducing the Issue

There may be several individual materials of one fixed asset. But in the list of fixed assets, only one individual material shows there. How system picks the one?

  1. Go to Fixed Assets work center and view Fixed Assets.
  2. Go to Personlization and select Edit This Screen.
  3. Mark field of Individual Material ID visible in the list of fixed assets.
  4. Save.

In case of there are several individual materials of one fixed asset, list shows only one.

Cause

Individual material with the lowest ID is the one that will be shown in the list.

Resolution

It is the designed system behavior now.
