2864002 - Is it Possible to Change the Picklist Length - Recruiting Management

When the picklist labels are very long, they don't fit in the box. Is it possible to increase the length of the picklist box to display the large values?

It's currently not possible to change the picklist box length. When you are picking the values, the dropdown will respect the values size, but when it gets closed and the value is very long, the box may not show all the option label. One possible workaround will be to configure the label with fewer characters.
