2864085 - Rich Text in Reports is not Downloaded to Excel

You have a field in a report which is enabled for rich text. When you download the report to MS Excel via CSV or XML format, the rich text is not taken over.

SAP Cloud for Customer

Currently this is not yet supported for CSV and XML format. HTML tags are not displayed when you use the xlsx format.

Please also notice that when opening a report view from the Excel Add-in that the text will be displayed along with the HTML tags for formatted fields. This is the expected system behaviour at the moment.

Our development team is checking if this can be enabled in future releases.
