Symptom

Missing Time Types when editing a leave.

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
    • Time Off

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to: Time Off
  2. Time Records, edit a leave
  3. Click in Time Type drop down

Missing Time Types assigned to employee's Time Profile

Resolution

  • We differ between Leave of Absence (LOA) and normal time types, it should never be possible to change between those types.
  • So, if you are editing a LOA leave you will be able to switch just between the LOA time types. In case you are editing a normal time type you will be able to switch just between the normal time types.
