Symptom
- Executing a 'dump database' for a large database to tape, for example:
dump database mydatabase to tapedevice CAPACITY=4000000 with init, unload
- Returns error "Option 'CAPACITY': '<negative value>' is an invalid value"
- The Backup Server error sequence includes these messages in the log:
Backup Server: 7.4.2.1: Option 'CAPACITY': '-198967296' is an invalid value -- check the documentation for allowable values.

ASE returns error 18612 when trying to add a tape dump device > 2T, for example:
sp_addumpdevice 'tape', tapelto6, '/dev/rmt/0cn', 5242880
Msg 18612, Level 16, State 1:
Server 'Production', Procedure 'sp_addumpdevice', Line 238:
Invalid value specified for option 'tapesize'. Valid range of values is 1 to 2097151.
