2864829 - "An application error occurred. Please try again later, or notify support" when Validating Session - Calibration

When clicking Validation tab when creating a calibration session, "An application error occurred. Please try again later, or notify support" is received.

SAP SuccessFactors Calibration

1. Go to Admin Center > Manage Calibration Sessions.
2. Select existing session or create new calibration session.
3. Click Validation tab

Calibration template used for the session is using Performance template data source that has no or invalid route map.

1. Go to Admin Center > Manage Calibration Templates.
2. Select the template used in the session.
3. Click Data tab.
4. Check the Performance template used and make sure that there is route map associated with this template or choose another template that has a valid route map.
