2864836 - Mashup Error Message in the Activation of the Transport Management

When trying to activate the transport you face errors message regarding mashups:

"Deletion of mashup CM000XX failed as it might be used elsewhere. Delete the usage and activate again."

and

"Mashup with same content already exists in the system"

Error 1: Deletion of mashup CM000XX failed as it might be used elsewhere. Delete the usage and activate again."

In this case, CM000XX is a mashup which is already existing in the target system. You are trying to replace the existing mashup. So as it might be used in the target system in any of the UIs, we give the
message saying, delete the usage and then try to activate again. This activation process will delete the mashup CM000XX which is existing in the target and create a new one like in the source system. (Onlyif the content differs)

Error 2: Mashup with same content already exists in the system

This message means: For example, you are trying to get mashup CM000XX from source system and transporting it to the target system. and If the target has same mashup ID CM000XX and content is also same, then no need to recreate the mashup. Same mashup can be used. Hence you see information message saying content already exists.

How to check the usage and delete:

1. Go to Mashup Authoring workcenter view.
2. Search for CM000XX/CM000XX and select them.
3. Below you see a USAGE tab showing in which TI the mashup has been used already.
4. Now you could go to that TI and remove the mashup and activate the TR later.
