Symptom

Ampersand character (&) does not display correctly in accounts.getAccountInfo response.

For example, in Identity Access, the name is saved as “first& last&”, however, the response from the accounts.getAccountInfo API call, the profile shows the user data as encoded:

"profile": {"firstName": "first&", "lastName": "last&" }
