2864948 - Ship From location missing in SNC PO

Symptom

PO is created at ERP system with Goods Supplier partner(Partner Function: GS) different from Vendor partner(Partner Function: VN).
In SNC, PO does not find this Goods Supplier partner. Even though it is available in the XML message received at SNC.
