2865360 - Graphical View for Org Structure not Available

Symptom

In the Org Structures view in Organizational Management, there is no option to switch to a graphical visualization of the structure.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Organizational Management work center
  2. Go to Org Structures view
  3. Try to find an option for a graphical display
  4. You can only choose between Table View or Chunk View

Cause

It is necessary to choose Organizational Hierarchy first.

Resolution

  1. Go to Organizational Management work center
  2. Go to Org Structures view
  3. On the upper left corner, select the value help beside All
  4. Choose Organizational Hierarchy
  5. On the bottom left corner, select the Table View button
  6. Choose Graph
