2865600 - Employee Time Sheet Entry Details Gets Cleared

• The time sheet entry values get wiped out on entering it the first time.
• The values are retained on entering it in the second time.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Time Sheet

• Navigate to Time Sheet page of the employee.
• Click on 'details' and enter all the details -> Click finished.
• Click on the same 'details' again -> The values are cleared.

This is currently a system limitation.

Workarounds:

• If the custom field values are entered before changing hours/duration fields, then the values are not lost.

        OR 

• If custom field values are entered for the second time in Details popup, the values are kept.

The Engineering Team have confirmed that this issue will be fixed with the release of the new Time Sheet UI in b2105.

This limitation will not be corrected in existing time sheet UI. Please follow the above workarounds until new Time Sheet UI is available.
