How can I post Xing Professional job ads in Recruiting Posting?

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Posting

A prerequisite is to have signed a contract for Professional ads with Xing.

Also, to be able to fully support this feature through SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Posting, Xing cooperates with a technical third part: Jobware.

Jobware’s role is to collect the content of the job ad they received from Recruiting Posting and match it with the right template previously defined with XING and customer. Finally, Jobware sends this aggregated content to XING for publication.

Please note:

• Job ads are not posted on Jobware but only on Xing.
• You do not need to have a contract with Jobware to use this integration, only a Xing Professional contract is needed.

Another prerequisite: having defined with Xing and Jobware relevant posting template(s).

Once the contract is signed and template(s) defined, you can follow the steps below:

1. Add “Xing Professional” in Recruiting Posting through the Job Board Marketplace 
2. Optional: Configure a “Banner Image URL” 
3. Click “Add and close” - – This will send a request to Xing that they will have to approve before you can post job ads
4. Once that Xing has accepted your request, you’ll be notified by e-mail. It means that you’re now ready to post Xing Professional ads
5. Go to “Post and Manage jobs”
6. Select “Xing Professional”
7. Click “Next”
8. Fill in the form – Please not that you can now add formatted text within the “Description” part
9. Validate your posting

Please note: as there is a technical third part involved in this workflow, it may have some delays (2 business days maximum) between the time when the job ad is posted from Recruiting Posting and published on Xing website.
