2865754 - "Content size limit exceeded" error in SAP KM using Web Services

While uploading files to SAP Knowledge Management (KM) using Web Services or trying to read or download a file stored in SAP KM using Web Services (e.g. using 'GET_CONTENT' proxy method) which are bigger than 1 Mb, you get an error message " Content size limit exceeded by this resource ". Files smaller than 1 Mb don't have this error.
