2865956 - IBP: Error "User is not authorized to run supply planning on subnetworks." when running a S&OP Operator or Simulate/Save Data in the planning view

The Business User runs a S&OP Operator (for example, Optimizer or Heuristic), or changes values of Supply Key Figures and Simulate/Save Data, and it fails with the following Error message:

"User is not authorized to run supply planning on subnetworks."
