What happens to users who did not complete an item that is revised by the item connector?

The following values are in the CONNECTOR property/configuration file in in System Administration > Configuration > System Configuration:

• If item.connector.defaultValue.revision.updateLearningPlans is set to Y, the new revision will be automatically assigned to the users who have not completed it.
• If item.connector.defaultValue.revision.updateLearningPlans is set to N, the new revision will not be assigned to the users who have not completed it.

If old revisions present on users' learning plans from the LMS administration view need to be removed, please activate the option "Include assigned Items not in a Curriculum or Program" from the Curriculum/Program Maintenance Automatic Process under System Administration > Automatic Processes.
