2866016 - MultiProvider / Composite Provider: Input Help with option 'Characteristic Relationships' for 'Filter Value Selection at Query Execution'

Symptom

When executing BW planning query on an aggregation level built on a Multiprovider(MPRO) or Composite Provider(HCPR) containing more than 1 real-time infoproviders, the result of input-help is not possible to return the lists with 'Characteristic Relationships' even though the option is swiched to 'Characteristic Relationships'. And sometimes, you will get the warning messages below:

Cannot generate combinations for MultiProvider '<Aggregation Level Name>'  <- RSPLS_CR 013
Warning Maximum number of <number> characteristic combinations exceeded  <- RSPLS_CR 027
