Symptom

  • Client process unexpectedly disconnected.
  • ASE errorlog contains an "Infected with Signal 11 (SIGSEGV)" error in the module decompress_column_by_colid() together with a stack trace:

Current process (0x141f0442) infected with signal 11 (SIGSEGV)
Address 0x0x0000000000a8c1f3 (decompress_column_by_colid+0x83), siginfo (code, address) = (1, 0x(nil))

  • The stack trace may include the  following functions:
