2866110 - Spools are always deleted by 8 days

Symptom

The standard spool reorg Batch Job SAP_REORG_SPOOL has been scheduled with report RSPO1041 or RSPO0041. Its variant specifies that spools older than 10 days should be deleted.
However, the Batch Job deletes the spools before 8 days.
