2866220 - 0FI_GL_12 : only extracts 'actual data' during delta load

Symptom

For Datasource 0FI_GL_12, Full load/Initial load extracts all versions of data:
1. Actual data : Version = '001'
2. All planned Versions <> 001
However during Delta load it extracts only actual data (Version = '001') but no planned versions.
