2866383 - Calling 'openNewWindow' opens a blank page in BI Launchpad.

Symptom

  • When calling APPLICATION.openNewWindows("target URL"), a blank page is shown instead of the expected content. It possibly was also working before and stopped working with no reason after an upgrade.
  • Issue only happens when running the dashboard in BI Launchpad.
