2. Attempt to initiate background check;
3. Receive an application error, with the following fingerprint: 5683ebb96a20a19cc79c408d8e4b8eaa9fa0c907

This is caused by a permission problem.

The user that is executing the action of initiating the Background Check is missing permissions to access the object that will run the Integration in Integration Center. Make sure the user that is running the background check has the following permission: Administrator Permissions -> Metadata Framework -> Admin access to MDF OData API
